Established in 1937, Saint-Chinian Winery is a cooperative of 200 winegrowers on over
2300 acres of land, with a production of over 400,000 cases of wine. Situated at the
relative altitude of 1000 feet, the vineyards spread all around Saint-Chinian, covering
schist and calcareous-clay soils.

2008 Cabernet Sauvignon
Seigneur Jean de Roze Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep rich intense color with a powerful spicy nose. On the palate it is silky and balanced with subtle notes of fresh peppers.

2008 Chardonnay
Seigneur Jean de Roze Chardonnay presents a rich golden color with notes of butter and hints of wild flowers. The palate is rich, balanced and lasting.

2008 Cinsault Rosé
Seigneur Jean de Roze Cinsault Rosé is a pale rose color. The nose is full of ripe red fruits and essence of red roses. On the palate it is lively, fresh and balanced.

2008 Merlot
Seigneur Jean de Roze Merlot has a deep rich color. The nose is dominant by black cherries and ripe blackberries. On the palate, it has subtle notes of grilled peppers. It is supple and round with a long aftertaste.
